"I just tested these on my faulty glock 17 gen 4 Green Gas mag and works and fits like a charm, and in case someone is woondering, the gen 4 mags are compatible with the Glock 17 gen 5 and Glock 18c gen 3, they run no problems in both replicas, and this product works in both type of mags.

"This valve works well on my Elite Force Glock Gen4 with VFC gas system.
Note VFC and KWC are two separate system thus the Elite Force Gen4 GLock and Gen3 Glock and the non-blowback Glocks are 3 different system and not compatible. I am guessing the previous reviewer assumed all Glock use the same valve which is not the case. The listing does specifically state that the valve is for Spartan Gen4, and Elite Force Gen3 which is accurate at this very moment. (Will they release both Gen 4 and Gen 3 in blowbakc, non blowback, half blowback in the future only time will tell)
Note VFC and KWC are two separate system thus the Elite Force Gen4 GLock and Gen3 Glock and the non-blowback Glocks are 3 different system and not compatible. "This valve will not fit the UMAREX Glock 19 Gen 3 GBB magazine.
I purchased it to replace the fill valve on the OEM magazine and the 'head diameter" on this valve (87381) is 7.5mm.
The original valve diameter is 6.8 mm and won't sit on the original mag's base plate.
Do not know if grinding the head down to 6.8 mm will allow the valve to sit properly i.e. thread and depth.
The valve is good quality and am certain will work as advertised on the appropriate magazine.
1 star given only because of the fit for the G19 Gen 3 Blowback advertisement.

Elite Force doesn't have Gen3 Glock by VFC so I am guessing your "Gen 3 Glock" is a KWC. Elite Force have Gen3 Glock OEM by KWC which is completely different system. Hope this clears it up.
