"This fit my S&T launcher fine. You will need to remove the M203 attachment rail or delta ring attachment and bolt directly to the carrier. You will also have to remove the barrel attachment device you use to latch the front to the M4 profile barrel. Its not difficult to do, but it will prevent you from installing the carrier to the launcher. The only issue during assembly was getting the trigger guard to fit into the slot. Have a flat headed screwdriver for this part! You'll also need a set of Allen wrenches and a Phillip's head screwdriver to fully assembly. The grip is a standard AEG motor grip which attaches with two screws. It very closely resembles a Magpul grip and is quite comfortable for big hands. I assume you could attack other motor grips if you so desired.

I have the Long Barrel S&T launcher and the S&T Mini, but have not tried attaching the Mini to the carrier. I think the mini would be shorter than the carrier, and might look a bit odd. I used the Laser Numbered 6-Position Marui-style Buffer tube and an old painted Marui M4 stock I had laying around in my parts bin. I would like to get a Mission First Tactical Battlelink Minimalist Stock stock later on, but will have to wait for the firearms market to settle down a bit more.

Once assembled, the launcher feels good in hand feels mostly sturdy, but could definitely use some reinforcement around the hinge area. This becomes more obvious when attaching a metal buffer tube. I think some of the less expensive plastic buffer tubes might be a better fit, but you'd have to scour someone's Parts bin or the Bone Yard to find that. The stock also flops around when folded - there is no locking position to close. This might be an issue if you'r trying to carry this launcher in scabbard.

As far as improvements, I would like to see a version without the hinge, just straight up buffer attachment point. This would make adding the A&K LR300 style stock a bit better of an option. as the locking mechanism is built into that stock. It would also make for an easier way to attach the small PDW stocks out there. Metal reinforcement at the hinge area would also be nice. Without them, I don't trust the hinge area with the added stress, I would probably suggest using Epoxy to permanently fix the stick into the open position.

I miss the old Echo 1 PAL and the numerous G&P launcher carriers of the older days. This will do for now.
