"Is was always will be my favorite airsoft gun of all time. I've owned 6, yes SIX, of these and by these I mean the built in red dot version. I have 2 more of the tri rail version. And I didn't buy this crazy number cause they broke. I actually have my original one still on hand and it still works, purchased in 2006 from airsoft atlanta.

I love these guns. They are perfect for outdoors perfect for indoors. If only they had a split box setup like ICS then I wouldn't need 4 different builds for indoor outdoor high and low fps ect. But don't let that complaint deter you, Marui still makes the beat airsoft guns on the market and stock performance outshines most high end upgrades. Their hop ups are second to none and their internals will basically last forever in stock configuration. My original must have in excess of 100k rounds through it and it still works fine with maybe a 10 fps drop over all that time.

The only true complaint is the external build, the plastic IS brittle and will break if struck by bbs. The wing iron sights on the sides of the red dot often get shot out and I have a cqb upper I use that is already shot to hell. Otherwise these are fantastic guns and will not disappoint.

"My first AEG and Airsoft Firearm. Build Quality is bar-none amazing. Has a great weight to it. Even though the instruction manual is in Japanese, it is a visual manual that shows you everything about your firearm -- the part numbers to replace, should you need to, how to properly remove things and in what order, and a pretty comprehensive troubleshooting guide.

"I love this Gun! I personally would recommend 8.4 NIMH battery (an 8.4 shoots 16.5 RPS.) or 7.4 LIPO for best performance.
