" I installed 4 of these into 4 mags and they noticeably increase the recoil in my GBBR vs the mags with stock valves. I don't own a Chrono, so I can't testify if they increase FPS but given how much harder it kicks the bolt back, I'd say the FPS is probably higher. Efficiency seems decent enough to get through 2 mags.
