" Been using mine for nearly 2 years now, bought khaki color one and I love it, so comfortable to use and pretty durable. Fabric may not look like so, but it is really nice and soft, hip zippers are not pockets, just access to your pants pockets btw.
It is really cheap (price, not quality) for a flight suit, I'm 5'10'' and 264lbs, XL fits well enough.
" These are great for airsoft and costumes - but I don't think it will substitute flight suits from Carter, Propper, or similar.
This TRU-SPEC is 65% Polyester, and 35% Cotton. The Carters I have are 92% M-Aramid, 5% P-Aramid, and 3% Conductive Fibers (NIR-Compliant and Flame Resistant).
Most of the flight suits are in the 200-300 range; so to get one that looks like it, at a fifth the price is a bargain (and it comes in black).
Sizing
I'm 5'7" at 220lbs. I use 46R (Regular-XL according to the sizing chart) for all my flight suits, but since I'm loosing weight; I tried the Regular-L. It's a bit tight, but it suits my needs.
