JeffTron MOSFET for Airsoft AEP Gearboxes (Type: w/ Rear Wiring)

"Just installed a couple days ago on my CM 030 and it works flawlessly with a snappy trigger response (everything else on my gun is stock).

Makes it really easy to transition from the Nimh batteries to lipos that use jst connectors. It does require some soldering knowledge; additionally you do need to remove the gearbox from the gun. It's also is a tight fit, but regardless none of my wires look like they're getting cut or crushed.

I used a 7.4v 400mAh 2S 30C lipo battery that was 1.5 x 0.8 x 0.6in (L x W x H) using jst connectors that I bought off of amazon for a small quad copter. Now this did create a really snug fit so if you can find a battery that's smaller than those dimensions you should be good.

Now, this kit is meant for the battery to be INSIDE the gun, I'm sure you could probably adapt it and cut some wires if you're wanting to do the external lipo lanyard mod. But if you're going to do that I would recommend getting the Perun Ultra Compact Mosfet since you actually solder wires to the mosfet yourself rather than it coming prewired like this one.

All in all this is a great simple mosfet for an aep that doesn't already come with a mosfet.
