"These grenades are good, I have used mine plenty of times for indoor and outdoor play. I also use Thunder Bs.
The advantage of these over my Thunder Bs are that I can refill and reset them during the match, leading to almost endless use in-game. When I throw my thunder B, I know its my one use, since I typically dont carry replacement shells and co2 carts with me on the field.
These grenades go off consistently, but as others mention, the spread is anemic. They are effective if your field has a 10 foot kill radius policy and people call their hits. My indoor field actually encourages me to barely fill them as to save on the mess and the 10 foot kill radius policy is the real effectiveness of the grenade.
People complain that other players may not call their hits but to be fair this is airsoft, and some players don't call their hits anyway!
The flaw is that when you lose the bottom cover, there is really no way to replace it. If you lose the pin, though, you can order "Emergency Keys for Interior Door Locksets" off of a popular retail website and they fit into the grenade and can be used as replacement pins.
I would recommend picking up one of these!

"This is the best airsoft hand grenade if you are not looking for a dummy. Great price too! Get this one over the deep fire one, it is much more effective.

"I fill this up with really cheap .12g bbs for weight and bb travel distance since it’s spring powered and i love using it. The blast radius is a solid 5 feet. Best for tossing around corners and indoors. Wouldn’t toss it a huge distance since it is plastic but i have before and still works perfectly. Really good value for the price. I recommend.

"I have one of these and I can say it is very good I would recommend this to anyone and you don’t have to spend money on gas or co2 and it is very easy to reload and it hasn’t failed on me yet on deploying I would definitely recommend this

"I have 2 let me tell you if you do alot of cqb those will clear room fast what i do is toss both this and one of my mod thunder beez lol clear those kids out of camping posts fast. Soo you dont wanna spend 80 bucks then someone steal it or break it

"I got one over the weekend 3/15/20 and at first it would only go off 1 out of 20 throws so it looked bad.
Then I took it home and took a look at the internals and realized that the mold was a bit too messy for what it was trying to do, so I took a file to the jagged edges smoothed it up and now it works perfectly. I'll definitely be getting more of these!
