"Great gun! Shoote very straight and far. With hop up, you can go from shooting directly straight to almost a 90 degree angle! Never jammed yet or had any problems. With mid cap mags, this gun is dangerously accurate and the fire rate is all what you can ask for with a PDW. I highly recommend this gun to any starter/moderate or professional player.
One thing i wish this gun had is a hop up that you could adjust on the lower end of FPS, however, it still shoots very nice even at close range!

"This is my first gun and i absolutley love it. I very much recommend this gun to everyne. The battery could be stronger, maybe a 9.6 but other than that its awesome. The only misconception however is that evike says its a long type motor when mine came with a medium type. Not sure why but still works flawless. I am thinking of replacing the stock motor with a matrix 3000 trubo high speed motor to up the fps and rof. Awesome gun overall!

"I bought this gun and i think its pretty solid its perfect for cqb. Th only draw back is that its alittle loud and the gear box kicks hard i personly like my guns smoother and less noise. Overall its a good gun to buy for a secondary specially if you own a m249.

"Shoots excellently out of the box, well almost, had to position the bucking correctly. Feels EXTREMELY comfortable to hold and the short pistol grip is surprisingly really good, I thought it was gonna be a problem since its shorter than regular ones but I think I may even like it better. It claims to include an 8.4v battery but it was actually a 9.6v! Huge plus! Only con I could think of is that it's kinda loud, but then again I haven't reshimmed it yet, just haven't had the time. If you're deciding between this model and the plastic one, don't even touch the other one! Lancer Tactical may have some decent(emphasis on decent) their "polymer" is sub-par, at least in feel, kinda feel like LPAEG bodies, and the metal on this one is excellent! The PEQ box is awesome and even has a rail in case you ran out of space for accessories. Compared to the other model, this is definitely worth the extra $100!

"I absolutely love this gun. I went out to the field and nobody even knew what it was and I love originality. The battery that it came with lasted all day with a recharge during the lunch session at me field. The gun had absolutely no feeding problems with the mag that came with it or the kwa k120 that I used. The only thing g that's bad is the range. Its maybe an innacurate 100 feet if you're lucky because of the barrel. And if you plan on using as an SMG, get the spring clipped because mine shoots 390 out of the box. And the promised 300 hi cap is not included with the package either, which is fine with me cause I only use midcaps anyway.
Pros:
Great feel
No feeding problems like jams
Awesome feel
Impressive fps out of the box
Weight is close to the actual rifle
Sturdy as hell
Range is decent
120 mid cap (pro for me)
Cons:
I can't see any con's with this gun other than it shoots 390 only to go 80-100 feet.
And that's it. I HIGHLY recommend this gun. Don't listen to people that say lancer makes bad guns cause this one will match up a 300$ m4 any day of the week.

"Some discrepancies in the description.
1. current model as of this review is Deans
2. Metal receiver has engraved logo not laser etched
3. Medium motor, not long
4. shoots 420 fps with .2gs
Internals :
7mm ball bearing, quick change spring guide, full steel rack piston, medium neodymium magnet motor, aluminum air nozzle and cnc cylinder head, MAGNETIC CUT OFF LEVER, REQUIRES ARES TYPE SECTOR GEAR WITH MAGNET. The stock air seal was terrible due to the bad piston head, I changed that and now the air seal is spot on.
Overall I am impressed with the construction and what you get with the gun however for those who want not an m4 with all the m4 upgrade paths, your really shooting yourself in the leg because of the ETU included. You cannot change out the selector plate since it integrates with the ambi switch, the trigger itself is also shaped differently, which makes drop-in mosfets no longer "drop in" and required a lot of modding.

"First impressions are very promising. The build quality is top notch with great fit and finish and the KAC trademarks look amazing. Two things tho...
1- Battery storage. The included PEQ box is very small and will not fit anything other than a small lipo. A 9.6 brick will definitely not fit. Also the PEQ box uses RIS to mount which means it has to go on the top rail which isn’t the most convenient spot IMO. You’re gonna have to get some RIS key mod rail sections if you want to move it. Not sure why EMG went with a keymod front end in the first place, but that’s a whole other story. Also the wiring out of the handguard is a mile long and will probably get in the way of things
2- The included hi-cap magazine ...its terrible. mine came with surface rust on it and I had to pry the feed door open just to load it. Also the really nice VFC PDW midcaps do NOT work. The cutout for the mag catch isn’t big enough on them. Thankfully all other AR style mags will work.
Other than these two things the gun performs nice. It’s snappy and shoots around 20RPS with a 9.6v which was a pleasant surprise. Accuracy is about what you’d expect from a weapon with this barrel length, not good but not bad either. Overall I’m pretty happy with it and think it’s a good buy for somebody that’s been looking for a PDW AEG.

"Bought this gun in March 2016.
For the money it's been a great gun. It's seen me through Milsim events and many, many skirmishes with few problems. Though you get what you pay for. The included magazines and PEQ battery is "Meh" loses points there. Mine runs happiest with a 9.6v battery in an external peq box.
A buddy and I bought them at the same time when we started our airsoft team. There are several things to be brought up. The internals aren't great my original gears lasted a few games, my buddies stripped his first game. But with an upgrade to the gears, a good motor and piston they run like champs. All fairly cheap and can be bought over time.
After a few upgrades mine spits fire like a Krytac and runs with the best.
Well worth a purchase and is easily accessible for a first gun and is easily upgraded. Good for a future tinkerer that wants a cheap gun to learn how to take apart and upgrade.
Pros: Relatively cheap
Comes with everything you need for a game
Good for Newbies
Easy and cheap to upgrade
Cons:
Internals are cheesy and will wear down quick.
Battery and magazines leave lots to be desired.
Overall Great starter gun
To let you know of how much I like the gun. Despite having newer and more expensive guns I still use my KAC more than all of them.

"Good gun the stock wobbles a bit and so does the upper reciever but its nothing to
worry about. They also send this with a bag of about 500 match grade bbs, an unjamming rod, a speed loader, a cool PEQ box, and 2 mags but the mags are garbage. Also do note when modding this weapon reattaching the wires for the battery can be a bit of a pain. Overall its a good feild gun shots 420 out of the box and has a nice trigger pull. But the mags are crap. They are crap. So go buy yourself some veitnam 130 round midcap mags. Those look realy good with this gun and you get 7 of em.

"Overal good gun like it shoot good out of the box at like 420 fps and feels nice to shoot. Realy smooth. Downside the mags you get are just crap but thats not a problem if you buy some GnG mid caps. Or a zip mag. Also the barel is a bit loos but thats just for looks anyway. 9 out of 10 would bang again. Sorry i ment buy again. Love the gun.

"its a very good gun for performance but i easily got tired of the mock peq battery. it gets in the way of the attachments.other than that i never even had to adjust the hopup perfect straight fire with a reflex. magazines are low quality they slowed down the fire rate a little bit doesn't always feed and the plastic is flimsy and would break easily.folding stock is great. 4/5

"Yeah,
This is a very good gun as a starter, one of the only PDWs that is an AEG. I tested it out before taking it all apart, it shot pretty well for a plastic hop up. could easily shoot 100ft away. I took it apart so i could throw in my polarstar engine and it works WAY better now haha. one con is that the inner barre is jammed into the outer making it a nightmare to change for a tightbore. but it can be done. Now i have a super cool compact machine thats eye candy to the other players due to its HPA properties. I use the original mock PEQ box to store my battery for the engine , but the PEQ is not the best.
But yes the gun is pretty cool stock, I say well worth the money.

"For a 200 dollar price tag, this is worth every penny. First thing i noticed out of the box was that it shot at field limits rather than CQB, but all the more reason to love it. Only thing I did not like was the crappy mags it came with. Get yourself some mid-caps and you're good to go.

"This is a solid starter gun in my opinion. It gets the job done and has little to no flaws. The only thing I don't like is the external battery in the mock PEQ box, it would be okay if the cord that connects it from the gun to the PEQ box was a bit more concealed, but I guess that can't be helped. Other than that, it has great ROF and the size of the gun helps you get around those corners in CQB.
