EMG Gemtech ONE Airsoft QD Mock Suppressor (Model: Suppressor + Tracer)

"The Suppressor/tracer combo is HEAVY but looks awesome. it is T H I C C and the QD flash hider is a huge plus when transporting your airsoft rifle.

"The EMG Gemtech one is a beautiful piece of Airsoft accessory that looks awesome and sturdily made. I have both the extension for my carbine (with an extended inner barrel for that 400 FPS with my M110 spring!) and the tracer version on my SBR for indoor outfit. The hex area is very friendly for when you need to remove the tracer while overall it is just cool inside out.

"Awesome. If you use. 25 bbs it will do exactly as it is supposed to. Keep in mind though you can't run an inner barrel through this because then the bbs will not be lit up. A little pricey but the sales and holiday coupons help. THANKS EVIKE!

"I've been using this mock suppressor for the past few months.

The first thing that I noticed is that it's heavy compared to some of the other suppressor models I've used/handled. This is primarily due to the steel flash hider and QD mechanism that the suppressor uses.

The QD mechanism is just okay. It seems difficult to actually turn the suppressor the appropriate amount to get the tines to line up the right way. I resorted to just unscrewing the entire thing every time I wanted to take it off.

If you want to fill this with foam, be aware that the QD mech allows air (and sound) to leak out the back of the suppressor. You'll need to find a way to fix that if you want it to be truly quiet.

Overall it's a high quality suppressor with a tough to use QD system. If you don't plan on removing the suppressor much, that won't matter to you.

"Evike will send you with a 14mm positive flash hider with the supressor, not a 14mm negative as advertised. Someone needs to fix this.
