" I've used this at a couple of games now and I'm pretty impressed with it. It takes a little bit of adjustment to get a tight seal around your eyes, but once you find your sweet spot they stay in place. You'll definitely want to invest in some anti-fog spray because they do fog up pretty bad. They snap in place at the forehead and closes that gap, so for anyone who has taken a bb right at that empty spot between the top of your goggles and the bottom of the helmet, that spot is totally sealed. (This was tested at a game where a rental full auto'd me in the face) Nothing got through. It's also nice to now have a bunch of straps wrapped around your head underneath your helmet, also a bonus if your facemask is also mounted to the helmet.
Pros
Keeps strap pressure off your head
Seals the forehead gap
Stays in place
Looks pretty cool IMO
Cons
Fog
Adjustment to get a seal around your eyes
" I purchased these purely for the helmet mounting options. I absolutely love them for that. I have my face protection mounted to my helmet as well and combined with the eye pro being helmet mounted, getting ready for a game is extremely quick. No more wasted time getting eye pro, helmet, and face pro on. That said I will say the lenses on these are extremely prone to scratching. Every game yours basically almost guaranteed to get a scratch. They also fog up very quickly and are smudge probe, so you have to use anti-fog. Both these cons are ok with me if I’m honest with myself. At their current price I treat them almost as disposables. I use these at my indoor CQB mostly, I don’t however use them at milsims where I switch over to helmet mounted Smith outside the fire goggles with an anti fogging fans. I’d love to see a hybrid between these imitations and the real Ops Core step in visors that are identical but equipped with superior scratch resistant lenses that are far clearer and fog resistant. But those are $300 so something in the $70-150 range would be sweet. But for under $30 these are a bargain and get the job done. And in case your curious, you absolutely can put the helmet on with these mounted, it’s a bit tedious to put them on with the helmet already on your head, especially with gloves on. So I just leave them on my helmet 24/7..
" I mean, they are decent goggles for the price, but they are super prone to scratching even thought they are helmet mounted, and they fog like there is no tomorrow I had mine for around 4 months and now anti-fog does not work on them anymore so they are good for a while until you can source a better alternative.
Pros:
Cool look
Easy for aim
Seals the Forehead gap
Cons:
Super prone to scratching
Fogging issues
Anti fog repellant.
