" Great for the price, Used it as a replacement for a cracked gearbox in my G3.
" Solid gearbox for the price. Comes with a full cylinder, 18:1 gears (ID: 11906), a full steel piston, A spring that's roughly equivalent to an m110 (355 FPS on my test rig), and a smooth nozzle with no o-ring that measures out to 21.15mm long. Comes pre-radiused which is nice for durability. Other features include 18 gauge wiring to a Tamiya connection which is ideal for compatibility across different platforms. Shimming is ok but could benefit from a reshim as some of the gears are shimmed a little loosely. Compression is ok but could be better by switching the piston o-ring or applying lubrication. Altogether, the gears are a little noisy which may be a result of the sharpness of the edges of the gears but the gearbox cycles smoothly. Since it's the shape of a standard V2 gearbox and uses a standard trigger trolly setup, it'll fit in mostly everything and take upgrades like a perun or gate MOSFET. Definitely worth the $49 and would recommend it.
