"10/10
Easy as hell to install and it literally feels like the real thing, I I sometimes forget I'm shooting a bb gun until I pull the trigger and there's not recoil. The price is a little bit steep, but when it goes on sale it's literally worth every penny.

"Fits perfectly in E&L , lots better than the stock essentials m120 motor, and is much torquier. The grip feels much better than the original glossy one however I do like the checkering of the original E&L more. 0 modification needed, I just eyeballed the the motor height by aligning the screw holes with the old one. Thank god for standardization.

"Fits and works with my E&L AK74. A paper thin piece of tape or shim will be needed for a tight fit. Other than that, everything is perfect. The notch on the back of the grip fits snugly into the cutout on the receiver. Very very happy with the bakelite pattern and buttery smooth feel. LCT quality after all.

"If you are really into your AK, I mean like obsessed with the details and authenticity, AND also with performance, then this motor and slim grip combo is a must. It's obvious from images and videos that this grip is both the right proportions and good looking. What is impossible to know without committing to the price tag is how it feels and functions. I replaced a properly shimmed and adjusted SHS high torque motor in a standard LCT grip on an LCT AKM with this slim motor. It only took a few minutes and it was quiet, fast, and smooth, with excellent trigger response. The grip feels like heaven and is easier to hold and control the weight and balance of the full metal AKM. It's also the best looking grip you can put on an AK, and the Bakelite version I bought looks absolutely authentic, erasing that last nagging shortfall of the fat AEG grip on an otherwise beautiful AKM by LCT. In short, it was the best addition I've made to an AK platform in years. Worth every penny.

"I've purchased two of these grips on two separate occasions. The first generation of the LCT slim grips (mine was the black grip slim grip) were decent (especially to pull M120 springs), however the second one I bought (brown motor grip I purchased from a local store) was not up to spec. In fact, it was, contrary to the advertisement of high torque nature of the motor, struggled to pull back the stock M120 spring in my LCT AK. I either got a lemon, or the quality has left something to be desired.
In regards to the performance of the first batch I got, because of the way that you have to adjust the motor height (by twisting the motor cage around) means that you won't be able to get the precise motor adjustment needed to mesh with gears. So when you purchase this motor, I'd recommend practicing shimming the bevel gear higher to meet the demands of the motor. I had to screw the motor in a lot higher than my shimming could handle (so that the grip itself could mesh with the LCT receiver, which it won't do if you adjust it to match standard methods of shimming), so I had to redo my shimming in my gearbox.
Overall, I love the look, feel, and quality of the grip. But the motor itself is hit and miss. I'd recommend checking the motor in person to ensure that it has the torque you need for your build (less you have cash to burn, then buy till you get a grip that's good and proper). That or purchase the LCT grip, and pair it with an ARES AK slim motor (I'm currently in the process of testing this). I want to give it a better grade, but production quality isn't to what I expect from LCT.
